Society of Care
Learn more about how your planned gift can be recognized and appreciated, either privately or publicly.
Welcome to our Family
Everyone who makes a legacy gift to the WDMH Foundation is welcomed into our Society of Care (acknowledgment and recognition can be private or public, depending on your preference). It's our way of honouring your generosity and commitment to local health care.
The Society of Care has been established as an expression of gratitude to donors who bequeath a legacy to Winchester District Memorial Hospital, Dundas Manor - or both!
We hope you will fill out our Society of Care note!
Members receive:
- Life-long association and contact with the WDMH Foundation (in agreed-upon ways);
- Recognition in our Annual Report;
- Listing on the Society’s Wall at Winchester District Memorial Hospital or Dundas Manor (if desired; can be listed under “Anonymous”);
- Invitation to the Foundation's Leadership Society Brunch(es);
- Invitation to other events and seminars, as available;
- And a subscription to our newsletter (printed three times annually).
Please note that membership is not mandatory and all details of your gift are kept strictly confidential, as we respect your privacy. Any donors not seeking to be publicly recognized will be recognized and thanked privately, as mutually agreed upon.
Join the Society of Care by planning your gift today. Or, if you've already planned a gift, please let us know so we can thank you, share your recognition opportunities (if you wish), and make sure your gift will have the impact you want. Please complete our Legacy Gift Thank You Form.
Thank you so much for considering the future of local health care as part of your legacy!
