Join us for an afternoon that brings women together in a welcoming and supportive setting, with a focus on connection, learning, and shared experience.
Guests will enjoy an English-style afternoon tea prepared by Simply Baked Catering, featuring a selection of savoury and sweet offerings, including fresh scones served with jam, along with tea or coffee. Throughout the event, live music will create a relaxed atmosphere, with time to browse and connect with women entrepreneurs who will be showcasing their products and services.
Guests can also take part in games and prizes during the afternoon.
The program includes remarks from Kathie Donovan, who will share insights from her newest book, You Look Great for Your Age and Other Things We Should Never Say Again, offering perspective on the language and expectations that shape how women experience aging.
A key part of the afternoon is A Conversation on Women’s Heart Health, focused on knowledge, awareness, and simple actions that can change everything.
This event offers time to connect, learn, and enjoy a shared experience in a positive and inclusive environment, while supporting local healthcare at Winchester District Memorial Hospital and Dundas Manor through the WDMH Foundation.
