Winter's Encore!
April 21, 2026
The WDMH Foundation is pleased to share that our signature
winter event, Sapphires & Snowflakes, raised $130,000 in support of
the new Dundas Manor, helping move the long-term care redevelopment project
closer to completion as construction advances this spring.
“Our community continues to show up in remarkable ways,”
said Cindy Ault Peters, Executive Director of the WDMH Foundation. “The
generosity behind Sapphires & Snowflakes is helping turn plans into
visible progress at Dundas Manor.”
Held during winter’s final stretch, the event brought the
community together for an evening of connection and shared commitment to
enhancing seniors’ care locally. Proceeds will support the redevelopment of
Dundas Manor, creating a modern, welcoming environment designed to meet
residents’ needs today and into the future.
The WDMH Foundation extends sincere thanks to sponsors,
donors, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to the event’s success. Your
continued support helps carry this important project forward into a new season
of care.
