Dion Ignite the Night Snowshoe Race

Get ready to light up the night! The Dion Ignite the Night Snowshoe Race is back on
January 17th at 6:00 p.m. at Upper Canada Village in Morrisburg. This community
event welcomes snowshoers of all experience levels to enjoy a magical winter
evening.
Participants will snowshoe through
pathways illuminated by over one million twinkling lights. It’s an experience unlike any other and a
chance to embrace winter while supporting the WDMH Foundation’s Family Care
Fund.
This Snowshoe Canada-sanctioned race
offers 5km and 10km distance options, with 5km walkers welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned racer or brand new
to snowshoeing, everyone can experience the joy and challenge of this unique
event. All participants are required to
bring a reliable, fully charged headlamp to help light their journey.
After crossing the finish
line, join the post-race festivities in the Harvest Barn, including
drinks, snacks, door prizes, and the exciting chance to win a pair of Dion
Snowshoes.
