Going Green!

At WDMH, we care for patients who are disproportionally affected by climate change and we are trying to help in any way we can – no matter how big or how small. WDMH has a Green Committee leading the way. The committee's main goal is to raise awareness about the link between climate change and healthcare and to lead initiatives to make WDMH more green. To date, the committee has looked at such initiatives as composting, eliminating single-use plastics in the cafeteria and optimizing waste streams. Small changes make a big difference!
