Accessibility

WDMH is pleased to support the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (2005). We want to ensure our services are accessible to everyone.

If you have a disability and would like information in a different format, please ask us. We will work with you to create the best format for you. We are working to make our website fully accessible. If you require any of the content in another format, please send your request to Amy Lafleche or call 613.774.2422, ext. 6350.

Interpretation Services

WDMH has two resources available when communication is impaired due to a language barrier. Individual staff members have volunteered to provide interpretation services in their spoken language if required. As well, WDMH has a contract with CISOC-Cultural Interpretation Services for Our Communities. This 24-hour service provides both translation and interpretation support. For more information, please speak with your health care provider.
